Putting this on the reading list.  I have heard amazing things about his super thorough book called “Good Calories, Bad Calories” and that this is a GREAT sort of abridged version.  I love reading books like this to fully understand how our bodies work.  It allows me personally to think of food and fitness differently.  It leads me to thinking that our bodies are really just sophisticated machines, that food is fuel, and that exercise keeps us running efficiently.  It helps take the emotion out of food, something that is super helpful to me!!
